Paula P’Cay spoke to the ex-Secretary General of the Romanian Association and Executive Director of the Institute for Innovation and Development Projects for the Club of Rome, which left both the UN and the Club of Rome in 2021.
He also held positions as Advisor to the Minister of the Environment, Secretary General of the Ministry of the Environment, Director of the Department of International Economic Organizations in the Romanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
He lived in Switzerland and Austria for many years and in 2021 he decided to return to his home country and founded the „Water, Nutrition and Energy“ movement and the „The Land of Our Ancestors“ project, which has since gained many members and followers.
